I began in food photography and have expanded into portraiture, travel, and lifestyle.
My work focuses on light, color, and composition, with a style that feels vibrant, simple, and slightly transportive.
I’ve created visual content for brands, cookbooks, and digital platforms.

Kathy is the author of two cookbooks, 365 Vegan Smoothies and Healthy Happy Vegan Kitchen (Avery, HMH), and photographed both titles.
She began her career by self-publishing a series of children’s books under her brand, The Lunchbox Bunch.
